Daisy Umbrella by CB Design wins the Archiproducts Design Awards 2023

This beach umbrella with its special corolla shape has won the prestigious award that celebrates design excellence

Daisy Umbrella, the beach umbrella designed by Carlo Basso for CB Design, is one of the winners of the Archiproducts Design Award 2023 that celebrates international design excellence.

The beach umbrella - made up of petal-shaped sections that can be swapped to create colourful or monochromatic arrangements - met the approval of the multidisciplinary jury that assesses hundreds of products every year, awarding the companies and designers capable of producing shapes and ideas that harmonise aesthetics, function and innovation.

«We are very proud to have won this award» declares Carlo Basso, designer of this company specialised in outdoor furniture for the contract market, «because it confirms that we are going in the right direction by adopting a design that is appreciated by architects and experts of the industry as well as by the end users of our products».
